Topic : Stress Relieving

Why the steel stress relief process is important?

A stress relief process is a heat-treating process applied to some metal especially steel. This process is used to remove the stresses generated by manufacturing processes like welding, bending, and laser cutting.

With a stress relief process, the steel has a bigger resistance to distortion and of cracking untimely so the material has a longer lifespan.

Every steel is stress relived directly by the manufacturer. Fortunately, the handling of the primary material ad stresses on it.

To stand out from the competition, Plate 2000 uses its own unique stress relief process besides the common one to make sure to offer the highest quality steel for the pans on the market. A pan which does not deform, crack, and perforate prematurely.

As a matter of fact, P2K’s pans are up to 30% more resistant than the most known brands.
